How to use – Soak Reetha in water overnight. In the morning make a paste by mixing the soaked reetha with hibiscus leaves. Apply this paste on the hair for 10 minutes and wash it with clean water. Dryness of hair will disappear.
Aloe vera
The gel found in the leaves of aloe vera has all the nutritional properties of the hair and immediately eliminates the problems associated with the scalp. It is considered a natural promoter for hair growth.
How to use – Mix aloe vera gel in half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and apply it to the hair like a hair mask. When it dries, wash it after 30 minutes. By doing this continuously for a few days, hair growth will start rapidly. Applying aloe vera does not cause any side effects in the hair.
Hair pack
Banana hair mask or pack is a great home method to protect hair from damage during monsoon. The potassium present in bananas helps to keep your hair healthy.
How to use – Blend two small bananas. Now prepare a mask by mixing one teaspoon of olive oil and three tablespoons of mayonnaise. Now apply this mask well on scalp and hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash the hair with water. After adopting this process four to six times, the problem of hair damage will be eliminated from the root.
Potato juice
Potato is the main source of vitamins A, B, and C. When these vitamins are deficient in the hair, it becomes dry and brittle. These vitamins are commonly used for hair growth and to prevent hair loss.
How to use – Remove the juice of two potatoes and apply it on the scalp. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it after 15 minutes, but use a mild shampoo for this. Apply it regularly during monsoon for better results.
Marigold flower

How to use – Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water. Make a paste of these seeds in the morning with water and mix two ripe bananas and egg albumin to prepare the pack. Almond oil
Almond oil is considered best for keeping hair healthy and strong. You use it even during the monsoon season.
How to use – Add a little honey and some leaves of chamomile with almond oil. After this, apply it well in the hair and after about, one hour washes the hair. Apply it at least 2 times a week.
Yogurt –
Curd is a common item included in your diet, which is rich in minerals and probiotic bacteria. It can be used with vegetables in the form of raita or freshly prepared buttermilk or lassi. Yogurt is good for your hair and overall health.
